An incredible Acting Agent panel

Acting agent panel 2019

A PANEL OF INDUSTRY AGENTS

We are welcoming back some fantastic agents, and bringing in some new faces. And it’s the perfect time of year to have it as everyone is back from sunning themselves over the holiday season (we are so jealous of those of you who hit Greece and Spain and further afield  for some summer action!).

Our speakers are joining us at Bar Topolski on the Wednesday 25th September. Please welcome…..

Lindsay Kutner – STEVENSONWITHERS

LINDSAY KUTNER graduated from Dublin City University after completing a BA in Media Production and Management. Following her time in Production she moved into casting, working on projects such as; Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, Bel Amie and Pirates of the Caribbean. After a few years of working in various other roles within the production side of industry, Lindsay found her niche and secured a position as an agent’s assistant at a top London agency. Here she was able to grow her skillset, and work with some of the biggest names in the business. Lindsay joined the StevensonWithers team in 2015 and is a senior Talent Agent at StevensonWithers.

Max Latimer – JONATHAN ARUN

MAX LATIMER graduated from the Arts University Bournemouth in 2011 with a BA (Hons) degree in Acting. He worked as an actor both in the UK and aboard, but was curious to see what life was like on the other side of the table. He joined Jonathan Arun in 2014 on a three month internship, however, after five days Jonathan decided to make it a permanent position. He now works alongside Jonathan and Amy as an Agent and is very much a part of the furniture.

Sam Day – INTERTALENT (prev known as COLE KITCHENN)

SAM DAY started out as a floor runner on ITV’s Coronation Street & Emmerdale before going into TV casting under Faye Styring at Emmerdale. Moving to London, he became casting assistant for James Orange, where he helped cast several musicals including Strictly Ballroom (West Yorkshire Playhouse/Toronto) and An American In Paris (West End).

Sam began agent life as a creatives assistant under Bronia Buchanan, then moved to Cole Kitchenn to assist Director & Senior Agent Oliver Thomson for two years. Sam became lead creatives agent of the rebranded InterTalent in February 2018, and also represents a select list of actors & performers.

Alice Currey – AK AGENTS

ALICE CURREY started her career as a professional sportswoman, representing Great Britain in Sailing, and went on to study business at Exeter University on a high performance sports scholarship.

On graduating, after a short stint in the city, she worked as a publicist and manager, before starting AK Agents in 2016.

Now, with nearly ten years in the entertainment industry, Alice prides herself on identifying and nurturing talent, developing their career with a focus on the long term.

Her top tip for actors: ‘Always be ready’.
