We are delighted to announce next week’s guest speaker, Michaeljohn Gonzalez.
Michaeljohn is not only a well respected acting teacher and coach, but also someone well regarded by many of our very own tweetup members who regularly attend his classes (…we know 5 actors who attend or have attended his classes).
He is currently casting “Winner Takes all”, a feature directed by Sharon Stone, with the lead actors being Mickey Rourke and, Michaeljohn’s very own student, Denee Busby. He has also been offered the role of acting coach on set for this movie.
Michaeljohn has the unique ability to offer both the actor’s point of view (having worked as an actor at the early age of 11) as well as the studio production’s point of view (having worked in production with CBS, in casting workshops and sessions, on set as a coach, as a teacher in his own studio). And this month he brings Hollywood to London and teaches us how to step it up to book that role.
